Terms And Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you and your dogs to our Dog Walking Field.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of the field for you and others please read the following. It
is understood that each time you make a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to users or dogs whilst using the
Field. Every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the field for you to enjoy.

2. Use of Field is at the dog owner’s own risk. We recommend that you have public liability
insurance, often included in your pet or home insurance policy.

3. You must not enter the field before your allocated time slot, especially if someone else is
using it before you. And you must exit on time to allow the next person their full-time
slot. If there is an issue you should contact us immediately on the number provided on the
contact page.

4. If you arrive late for your time slot you cannot recover this time back at the end. Please
be time conscious as to assure a smooth running of the day.

5. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the field at any time.

6. Dogs should not dig holes in the field. If your dog causes significant damage to the field
you must contact us immediately so we can fix it.

7. Please pick your dog waste up and either take it with you or put in the dog waste bin provided in the shed. Please take any other waste with you.

8. If you have booked and your dog becomes unwell do not bring them to the field, please
contact us and we will rearrange your booking.

9. Users must always respect the field and its contents. Humans should not climb the
gate, fences or equipment children should not be left unattended at any time.

10. Users must lock the gate after use with the lock provided even if the next user has
arrived for their slot. This prevents anyone entering the field who has not booked
properly.

11. We operate a no smoking policy within our Field and the gated car park area. Cigarettes are a specific danger to the land especially during dry spell months. Discarded cigarettes are unsightly and a health risk to our canine friends.

12. Under no circumstances should a user divulge any combination codes to a third party. The codes are
subject to change at any time without any notice and the current code will always be in your
confirmation email.

13. The user who makes the booking is the person responsible for all persons and dogs in the
field during their time slot.

14. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Castle view Dog Walking Field cannot be held
responsible for any accidents, damage or loss that may occur to your vehicle.

15. Castle View Dog Walking Field Dog Walking Field will not offer a refund if you do not
turn up for your allocated time slot.

16. Castle View Dog Walking Field has the right to refuse or cancel bookings who do not comply with our terms and conditions at any time.

17. Cancellations – bookings may be cancelled and rebooked, but we will only offer refunds for bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the booked slot.

18. Following legislation changes our insurers have insisted on conditions applying to owners of registered XL Bully dogs which may use the field with the following conditions:

The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.

If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler
